Workshop with Advaitananda - Learn how to successfully train Willpower, without falling in the invisible traps known by initiates!
When asked why they didn’t apply the useful beneficial knowledge that they have and acted in a wrongful way, an immense majority of people answer that they didn’t have the willpower to implement what they already knew.
The lack of willpower can be seen today like a genuine syndrome of modern people. As a result of this situation we see today the booming development of methods that offer a “surrogate” to replace the willpower with various motivational systems.
As a result of this “adaptation to weakness” we built an entire behaviour of dependency and exteriorisation. A state of healthy autonomy being almost unknown to most people today.
Training the willpower involves an understanding of a “willpower behavior”: how to build the attitude in life that stimulates the growth and expression of willpower.
Without this deeper understanding, the exercises of training this essential quality fall in unexpected traps. The results are therefore unsustainable, especially in our daily life...
In this workshop Advaitananda will explore:
- the difference between willpower and motivation - and why "motivating yourself" is poisonous to willpower!
- the most common mistakes people make when training willpower - and why most people "lose" their willpower after periods of training
- methods and inner attitudes to create a solid, lasting, reliable willpower that can be manifested any time it is needed - without exception or compromise
