In this workshop, we will look at the mysterious power of the third eye in light of modern science and in different spiritual traditions. Originally kept as an Online Workshop Thursday 28 May 2020.

The main focus will be to learn WHY and HOW to awaken what is known in the yogic tradition as the “the mental command centre” or the “force centre of consciousness”.

We will also practice simple techniques for awakening the third eye, which are tremendously valuable and create significant effects with daily practice.
